Try to have natural vitamins instead of chemicals ones. For vitamin B, I take kefir now as I think they are easier for the body to use than chemical vitamins that have bad chemicals in them also.
Don't use antiperspirant, it is good when you use it, but your body may react in causing more and more sweat because you block the sweating system.
Vitamins B works in complex, you have to take a whole bunch B1, B2 etc, to have it to work.
Watch your diet. What kind of food do you eat? When you wash your feet, in the morning and in the evening, be sure to dry very well your feet. Use only cotton socks, and perspirant shoes with small holes. Have a different pair of shoes everyday, let your shoes dry completely before using them. Put baking soda in your shoes, and use some essential oils, it kills bacteria and the odor is so strong than you can't smell your feet.
