Help on how to deal with emotional die off symptoms from cleanse?

I'm dealing with parasite die off and among all the symptoms the emotional ones are the most difficult. I'm very angry and irritable. Does anyone have any remedies to help deal with these symptoms? To help lessen then maybe? Or get rid of them all together would be great! Thanks Tweet
