To my knowledge Sovereign Silver is a 10ppm solution made from silver and purified water.

As for good vs no good, I can't comment as I've never tried it myself. Though if we based our assessment on the ingredients, then I'd have to say that it appears to be quite average as far as Colloidal Silver standards go.
