Yes, I seem to have this too. For me, it made my heair prematurely grey (supposedly B6 and Zinc are needed to make melanin pigment).

I have been taking 100mg of Source Natural Coenzymated B6 Sublinguals per day in divided doses (4x 25mg), along with varying doses of Zinc, and I feel much better. I am less fearful, calmer, etc.

I had a terrible "wired" insomnia for years that was caused by B6 deficiency! I would toss and turn and stay up, frustrated, unable to sleep. Now I take 1 or 2 sublingual B6's when I climb into bed and I am out like a light! A huge, huge improvement or me.
