Re: Low Carber Wins Ultramarathon - Breaks Record

More of your extremist mind at work. I never said DR has "full credentials". I was talking about health and fitness and was commenting about how nonsense it is for you to say he has "zero credentials" when it comes to health and fitness.

You're doing the same thing with Colpo. I just showed one of his articles were he did a good job debunking that Tim Olson was actually low-carb. You then make it sound like I believe Colpo is a "reliable source" with everything. I found that one article about Olson to be accurate because Colpo posted Olson's own words. I have no idea how accurate any of his other articles are. Lots of people write lots of stuff. Doesn't mean everything they write is wrong, but also doesn't mean everything they write is accurate.

What you are doing is exactly like some of the other people who don't like what I have to say do. When I came to the conclusion that fruit is not the enemy and basically eat as much as you want, I never gave a specific amount of how much fruit to eat. I had posted some links to useful info from the site called 30bananasaday.com and then some of my haters claimed I was saying for people to eat 50-70 bananas a day!

Do you now see how your extremist minds work?

Btw, someone "Already alerted! Already alerted!" your post. I guess by your logic it means they felt your post was an attack.
