Hello I have just completed 2 x 3week water only fasts with a weeks break in between.
I knew that I would be fasting again after a couple of days and used that as an excuse to overeat. I also kept having a fatty meal as my last meal as I had planned on starting my next fast on the next day. This happened for about 6 days until I actually started fasting again.
I am now on my 3rd 3 week fast.
I am not fasting to lose weight.
I know how important it is to eat properly but as said because I was going to start a consecutive fast went a bit awol.
I read that this undoes the work you have done. Is this also true if you restart a fast within a week say?
