You might want to learn how to do muscle-testing. It can answer those kind of health questions very well--true, there are only yes/no answers, but I've found there are varying degrees of resistance which indicate to me less strong yeses or noes, aka---kinda, not likely and such, but although you may still need to do research, you can ask your body if this or that is the problem and get an answer right away. It's a bit trickier when there is more than one issue--but that's where learning the various degrees of resistance to the answers comes in. If you ask is my problem caused by parasites and you get a weak yes, that's a good indicator there's something else involved.
I've been using it for years now and I'm quickly able to zero in on the problem without all that fancy exspensive equipment. Of course you won't most likely hear about this from the medical industry who makes hordes of money off their expensive diagnostic equipment and tests. So their trolls here will probably come screaming in to deny this and insist there is no way your own body can 1) tell you what's wrong and 2) that you're risking your life on all these unapproved methodologies---If you're so concerned about your body's ability to tell you whats wrong, you can always get a medical diagnosis after you've tested yourself to validate the info.
