There are a few things about wine you should know before you choose to drink it again.

Over 80% of all wine produced and sold today have a long list of ingredients, ingredients far away from grapes.
Beside Sugar and water, there is a long list of chemicals added to wine to make it look good, taste good, to improve texture, etc.

The additives which can be added without notification include:
