1st liver flush concerns
I have never done a flush before but am preparing for one 7 days after I finish Humaworm (on day 10 now). I'm 130 lbs, 5'5 I'm worried about consuming that much epsom salt. Is there an alternative or a lesser amount? Can it make you sick, be fatal?? I don't have a spleen or appendix either and I"m sure my liver is in bad, bad shape.
