Ginagirl, thanks for the suggestion and links on sulphur. That might be one thing that's missing from my diet, other than food sources. I'll look into it.
I started taking calcium citrate the last month or so before I broke my foot. I was always under the impression that calcium was not a supplement that we needed to be overly concerned about. I love raw milk, so will try and bump that up in the coming months, too. Thanks, again.
