Hi Sally, & whomever... This Post was made years ago, yet from my experience what I would do depending on how long my Fast was. I would still smoke, BUT I would smoke MUCH LESS to where I Know It would be a SACRAFICE.... If U Smoke about 15cigs a Different a day, try 5cigs a day while on the Fast... That's for the Ones That Insist on Smoking... I don't want to Offend anyone either, But The Word Says Confess Your Sins One Too Another so That We Know What To Pray.... Our Spirit Will Become Stronger if we Don't Smoke AT ALL.... I'm Bout to Start My Daniel Fast, I Pray that This Sacrafice is Better Than The Last Danile Fast... Love Eveyone. be Blessed
