I would be very interested to know how you were diagnosed having dysbiosis in the stomach. I will tell you this that these alternative tests to mainstream medicine like Genova state for educational purposes. Recently there has been a lot of research going on with stool samples in my country and Enterobacteria is usually well overgrown in the cultures when people have severe food intolerance and yet they don't show up in the Genova tests for individual. This is an ongoing study and has not been published yet.
