I'm battling these right now. The flat "linguini" is tapeworm. This is just slivers of it. As long as the head is left it keeps reproducing.
The red "rolled tomato" slivers are parasites. They dig into the liver and can cause cirrhosis which then result in enlarged liver.

If we see worms and parasites coming out there are likely far, far more left in the body.
