Does just peeing in a cup and drinking it have the same effect as midstream drinking

I have been doing urine therphy for a month now but the thing is I havent been sepereating the beginning and end flow of my urines, I just pee in a cup and drink it, I haven't been doing the mid stream thing.

So the thing is does just peeing in a cup and drinking it have the same or close to the same effects as only drinking your mid stream urine
