Re: liver pain: no disease. congestion?

I think the easiest and least invasive method would be to take something called natural calm which is magnesium citrate powder. It is also very calming to the system. I would try 2TBSP which will definitely have a cleansing effect on the liver/gallbladder and will make you "loose".

coffee enemas can be a bit stimulating but worth trying one as they have been known to cause instant relief for some. I have had all kind of sharp and dull pains in my liver and referred pains into the stomach, neck, and shoulders as a result of liver congestion. Both the coffee enemas and the magnesium have been hugely helpful.
