Rebeckah, you are pretty intuitive from simply reading my post. What you said about from a spiritual standpoint that this was a wake-up call for needing a change is exactly why I have decided to undertake this. This is a cleanse for me on many levels, and just making the decision makes me feel great. Plus I have a huge lemon tree dripping lemons all over my yard! How cool is that? Thanks for your kind words, and no, not yet forty... I have four to go!
