The first cleanse is probably THE most terrifying cleanse!! It's a BIG step!! With that, I would just take it in stride! Relax, drink lots and lots of water and just keep going!! Your body is going to do what it needs to do to cleanse your body of the toxins....All the while tell yourself, this is just a season! You will probably experience a roller coaster of days where you feel off and on and that is normal. Anxiety is very normal as well...it is in fact a symptom of die off....also a reminder for you to drink lots of water!! Keep it up! We are here for you!!
