What's your best guess on their normal calorie intake? When I am in training I need at least 2200 calories a day to keep me from losing weight and fueled up for the day. I think the average intake for Americans is 2500-3000... and people who overeat of course a lot more. So if you do the math, it is really not too surprising at all, what do you think?
Is weight loss one of your goals? Look back at a recent day pre cleanse and see if you can remember every single thing you ate. You can do a Google searce for calorie calculators that are pretty accurate.
