oh this is clearly enough calories to lose weight on, about 1000 calroies total including everything a day.. But I bet if people ate 1,000 calroies per day of other foods they wouldnt lose a pound a day like people do on this diet.
I'm not trying to prove any points or argue against claims or anything. I'm just fascinated, having not realized until recently how many calories were involved with this.
Makes me more impressed, and confident that its working :)
