I educated myself for days before making this decision... to start with click on the links at the top of this page for great info... and go to the library tomorrow and see if you can get the book. Plus you can Google search with like a million hits and learn all about it. This forum is a goldmine and besides all of the knowledge everyone has the support is incredible.

Especially since you are on RX meds... don't mess around any further with your health by doing a fast uninformed.

If you have health issues, I bet through your research you will probably find that others with similar ailments have found great success and good health with the cleanse.
