6 days of fasting is quite an accomplishment! Great job Claudia - it sounds like you are really doing great. I like Pepe's advice of using this time to make a plan for returning to food and to continue your weight loss and maintain your good health. One really good way to give your metabolism a boost is to eat smaller meals more frequently throughtout the day. Your body will thank you for the fuel and will get rid of the extra fat because it doesn't need it. This plus brisk and fun exercise will help you lose fat and gain muscle. You will continue to lose after cleansing if you give it the effort you are worth.

Oh man, this all sounds so cliche! One more cliche thing though.... it really is a lifestyle change. Do I sound like that Dr. Phil guy or what?
