I used to train 4 days a week but with my work schedule, and the fact I cant seem to stop getting ill every 3 weeks or so for the last 12 months I have lost what benifit I had gained. Its something I wish to resume slowly again because I miss it and Im sick of being sick. Since no doctor can tell me whats wrong with me I want to set a goal of 40 days+ on the Master-Cleanse to get rid of all the trash in my system and finally gain back my health. Im just worried about any muscle loss since I cant really spare any.
If I take a small liquid whey protein drink before bed on those days would it really mess that bad with the cleanse?? I just dont wanna get more sick by breaking down muscle and not having anything there for my body to rebuild with.
