Hi Retro ~ you are doing sooooo good with implementing your exercise and nutrition program. Myoplex MRP shakes are excellent for mini meals.... especially your post workout meal on the way home from the gym. I eat 5 times a day and usually have a shake for one or two of the meals. I like Myoplex and also like HDT Pro Blend protein or Isopure. Sometimes I have the protein bars, but be careful on the sugars on those. Some are higher than candy bars.
Link attached for really the HDT protein mix (they also make ones already mixed you can carry with you)... I make my own shakes sometimes from the recipes they give and they are GOOOD.
