You should try to do something that doesn't involve sitting in your house or being around food/food smells. Granted, it is only my second day, and last night was very tough. But I went for a 6 mile walk with a friend of mine during dinner time. Tonight I hope to go to the gym, and my boyfriend is out of town so I can hopefully avoid dinner again. Its definitely tough, and trust me all I think about is food, but I keep telling myself it is ONLY 10 days in the grand scheme of things, its not that long. The food will be there when you are finished, and will be something to look forward to. Also, drink lots of water.
