Re: Request for DANIEL M

Hey Longterm,

I never got tested for anything. And I actually don't have insurance at the moment so I know the bill to get a test done right now would be pretty expensive, however, and this is my opinion, I don't think any type of vitamin D supplement would actually help this condition, I just personally don't believe the body absorbs it the same way as how it's known to do it for however millions of years we've been here...

That being said, I've said this before, but we went on vacation to the grand canyon and my brother's girlfriend has Psoriasis on her legs really bad for months, and it was completely healed by the time we got back, and my lips were doing better as well, however I had thick skin on them so they didn't receive very much sunlight.

Anyways, after I saw how she was healed, I wanted to try it so after January when I started doing the moisture method, I tried to go out in the sun as much as possible, and it started working...and it worked so quickly that I'm almost sure it's the same thing that she had.

So my lips have not gone into remission at all since I've been healed, which I'm of course extremely thankful for, and in fact they've gotten so much softer and better over the past year I get so many compliments on them in fact. Even my skin is looking more radiant, and I attribute that to my lifestyle and eating habits. I got a personal trainer 3 times a week, and I eat a ton of fat and healthy foods (and also became gluten free), like organic chicken, grass fed beef, eggs, raw dark green vegetables, tomatoes, garlic, lots of olive oil and real butter. I also eat almost a whole 32 oz container of whole milk probiotic yogurt everyday as well. I got a lot of this information from my trainer and I can't believe how much better I look and feel. I think this is one of the most important things in healing yourself.

Just remember when I was becoming healed doing the moisture method I did not peel the skin off of my lips. I let it come off naturally, if it came off in the shower that was fine, I think that was another main factor. Also constantly being happy and positive about life I'm sure played large role as well.

I wish everyone will be able to heal themselves soon...

-Daniel
