Nice and I like all those things a lot. I used to be so strict on just water but over time realized detoxification is a scale, and on a Water Fast there are variables that can greatly expedite and assist me.
What I do for hunger is use seltzer water and mix it with lemon and Dr Christopher's super hot cayenne (only one - 3 drops are needed).
I also take a liquid Ionic Fulvic mineral suppliment or Vitamineral Green to make sure I have all the minerals when needed. I use some ACV but figure since I am in major detox zone I add 2 other things.
I do about 1TBSP baking soda enema a day and hydrogen peroxide therapy orally. I do not think both are needed as they both do the same thing, but I just go all in as I have the natural HP.
As far as 5 days and beating it, here are my experiences. I can fast for 3-4 days without even thinking of it. Most people say these are the hardest but for me that is not the case. Days 5-7 are the hardest and every time I have succeeded in getting past 7 days, I was able to extend into a long fast and actually wanted to.
I am on day 5 now, and this is my rough patch. I do not mentally design it that way either lol. I am going to make it through this time as I am determined to reap the benefits of a longer fast.
