wow. sounds like you've given it some thought and your ideas for a build sound good. You'd be surprised what you can get for nothing on the good old craigslist. Put an ad up posting that you are seeking a wine cooler. Or search in yourlocal classifides. Estate sales will sometimes list what will be at the sale. Maybe call a place where they sell wine coolers and ask them if they know where to find used ones. Just some ideas that came to mind.. :) Tweet
