When I refer to "deficiency", I mean actual insufficient intake or digestion of important nutrients, esp. minerals.
What is your diet like? If it is good by all accounts, it still could be that your digestion is not. Chinese medicine can help with that.
Some people say that progesterone supplementation is a good thing and others believe that we should encourage our body to produce its own. Where serious illness goes, I've no opinion as to which way you should go, but wish you the best in any case.
