I am a 35 yr old female with 2 very active toddlers. I am 5' 6" in height. Besides being over weight, I am a very healthy person. I can count on one hand the number if times I have been sick in my whole life. Just want to loose weigt and keep it off.
When you say 30 days fast followed by 30 days of refeeding followed by another 30 day fast, what do I do during the 30 day re feeding period? I see from your previous post, that I need to stay on juice/liquid (I am gonna do lemon juice) for 7 days. So how about the remaining 23 days? Just fruits and veggies? I will try to limit fruits and increase veggies as I do not like fruits. How about diary and meat? The only meat and diary I intake are chicken and a little milk in my coffee. I do not eat any other meat or any other diary like cheese, cream etc.
I do try to walk at least 20 minutes each day, but by the end of the day after taking care of kids, cooking etc, I am so tired, I am unable to summon up the energy to walk.
Also, the last time I did my long fast, my hunger was practically gone by the 4 or 5 day, but this time I am still feeling hunger even though I am now on my 13th day. Why is this?
So far, I have lost 21.2 lbs. now the weight loss has dropped down to around or under 1 lb per day. So does this mean that now the weight loss is mainly fat and not water?
