I've been killing these for the past 3 years with anthelmintics.

Indeed, "they" do so say that they are liver fluke skins. By "they", SD2345 refers to a decade of laymen Curezone posters. Nobody has been able to show me a link from an established medical source that shows this ID. My travel and diet history scream "high-risk fluke exposure", but I need bonafide documents to make my self-diagnosis.

I made a Flickr album dedicated to these "skins that roll up":

The album begins with some stool specimens that look like yours. The last 5 images show fungal-like skin artifacts with fruiting bodies(?). I suspect that most, if not all, of the photos in this album show the same organism. Whatever it is, it is strongly associated with Morgellons Syndrome hell.
