Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

I've been struggling with Obsessive compulsive disorder for years and it just keeps getting worse. I'm trying to get into a hospitalization inpatient/outpatient program right now. I have a job and a husband so it looks like I'm functioning well... but the obsessions are driving me crazy. My only rituals are with the way I wash my hands and face. My obsessions are I have to retrace almost every step I take in a day in my head afterwards... this takes a lot of time. I also can't let anything or anyone get near my face... including myself... unless I've done my ritual washing of my hands first. Writing checks or doing math problems of any kind is also unbearable... I have to re-read/ re-check like 10 times before the anxiety will go down... and I can't be inturrupted or I have to start over. Also shutting doors... I can look at a door and see that it's shut, yet I don't believe my eyes so I'll shut it again... or keep looking at it and "mentally" shutting it until I feel satisfied (rid of that anxious feeling) that it's been shut. Same thing with numbers or spelling... if I'm doing data entry at work I can look at the number or word on the piece of paper and then look at the computer screen I'm entering it on that has the same number or word I just entered in, yet I still don't believe my eyes... I think... did I really enter that right... is that the same number/spelling... is it? I look again and again... it's always spelled correctly and/or the number is always entered correctly, yet I can't stop checking to make sure. I could easily spend an entire day re-checking anything or eveything I do... every move I make, etc. I just re-do again and again and again. My anxiety levels are off the charts. I've been on Luvox, Prozac, Klonopin, Effexor... I'm currently switching to Lexapro. I'm so sick of psyhchiatrists! They don't help! I mines well be taking an herbal supplement cause I don't think the SSRIs help. So, my question... do you know of any herbal supplements that might help?
