Well, like you said experimenting with rations would be the best way to go. 5:1, 4:1 etc of NaCl to KCl up to a 1:1 ratio. Whichever you like best will be your magic puppy.
I can't really tell you about my "experiences" with KCl other than the first initial 2 doses. I take an Iodine, Celtic Sea Salt, MSM detox mixture every morning and if I discover a new supplement like KCl then I will take a TINY dose of it before my normal detox mixture just to see what the effects are. Then the next morning I will take a higher dose to see what happens. After that I take the KCl with the detox mixture so it's not isolated and I can't give feedback on that one ingredient. It takes a multitude of nutritional supplements to regain optimal health in our bodies. One supplement just will not do.
I jsut took my 3rd course of Lufenuron today (A candida killer) and SHOULD have MAJOR detox reactions definitely by tomorrow at the latest, but I'm feeling nothing even until now so I think the Lugol's has killed it off already. I'll let you know tomorrow. I started taking Lugol's to do heavy metal chelation detox, but I'm learning as I go along that Iodine is great for a lot of stuff.
I just left a longwinded reply to one of Grizz's posts about taking 100mg doses of iodine. You might want to read it. I think you might have been the one who posted the info originally on taking 100mg doses and I was crazy enough to try it and I'm happy I did. I even did 200mgs and had to back off because my immune system went into overdrive. lol That was a few days ago. Now I do 100mgs in the morning and 50mgs at night. Plus 3 drops SSKI in the evening (90mgs KI).
I'm feeling rather chipper and BEASTLY strong at times. lol I'm 51 man and feeling like I can whip Mike Tyson.
