You are overthinking this dont go this route. It puts too much stress on you and eventually you'll become very depressed. Its all paranoia I know it first hand dont stress out too much it doesnt help your emotional state neither your Body Odor . I know this sounds easier said than done but try not thinking way too much about it. Ive had b.o. for the past two years and stressing out whenever you're in public is the worst thing you can do. There are many reasons why someone rolled down their car window or started coughing when theyre near you. Paranoia makes you think that its you when its not. Think about yourself and how you can possibly get better each day. We can go trough this shit look at all the success stories there's tons of them. Look trough them and start trying out different things. It takes patience but it will be worth it. I made a huge mistake by not doing anything to fix my odor rather i felt depressed and fed my feelings with junk food. You have to do somethinf about it. No one else can do it for you, no amount of praying and miracle pills can fix this it has to be you. Start making changes for the better each day and soon you'll look back and see how far youve got. I lost 50 pounds, quit all sugary and junk foods like soda, pizza, and alcohol. I still smell but im at the point where theres no going back. I'll have to keep trying until i fix this. I advise you to follow the same path make small changes each day and soon you'll have the confidence that you can actually beat this thing.
