CD4 or T Cells for disseminated disease?

Wondering if a CD4 count will prove an opportunistic parasitic infection? T cell count? Anything? I am at the point of wanting/needing pallitative care. Steroids made me like an HIV/AIDS patient and my parasitic infection scattered all throughout my body. Rare for even an AIDS patient. IDK how I picked up this infection but I am severely, critically ill. I never run fevers, even with body wide infection. I used to get night sweats until the parasites disseminated.

Will any blood tests show low immunity?
