My pleasure ... How long have you been Gluten free? Did you have improvement?
I believe, depending on how long you haven't eaten gluten, his point on gluten/gliadin/casein to be present in order to detect antibodies to them may be valid. You may limit your consumption of wheat and dairy to one serving a day each, and this should do. I understand you, we don't want to consciously harm yourselves with advises of ppl who seem to have limited knowledge. It is true that these tests do not detected all gluten and dairy intolerance or allergies. Since you're doing it anyway, give it a shot. If I were you I'd take supplements from now until I fast, and no matter their answer or diagnosis, I'd fast as long as I feel my body takes it and benefits from it.
