I'm taking getting 200 mgs. of Selenium from a sup and more from my multi. But one thing that's surprisingly high in selenium and a lot of the other vitas/minerals we need for Iodine - Sardines!

One small tin of sardines provide 87% of Selenium, 338% of B12, 44% vitamin D. and more:
