hi no but I have gotten nauseated I do believe i have adrenal problems from so many decades of severe stress
I would take something like kava kava (organic tincture--I like herbpharm), rescue remedy or breathing deeply of lavender essential oil and start deep breathing when you feel stress coming on but here are some aids for these symptoms you are having until such time you find the cause.
if you can get a few of these in organic or wildcrafted form, it might help with the nausea and preventing of vomiting
Just like people take herbs like ipecac to make them vomit ,some herbs stop nausea and vomiting
Help for nausea and vomiting and prevention below
Herbs that relieve and suspend nausea and thus prevent vomiting.
Antiemetic: Herbs that reduce the feeling of nausea and can help to relieve or prevent vomiting.
Might keep some candied ginger on hand (if you don't mind the sugar) or some peppermint tea bags ..You don't even have to heat the bags if you are out but could go to store like super-america an get hot water o get one of those portable heaters that can be placed in a cup to heat the water and used with a car adapter. its like a immersion thing that heats up and as it does so also heats the water.
But I have found if I just put a tea bag of two into water bottle, it will leach into the water and be ready in 5 minutes or sooner on a hot day. or even just touch your finger to the top of a peppermint essential oil and dip in some water..carry some natural sweetener in the car if needed. If you want it iced, buy a cup of ice at gas station or buy that mint water (chocolate mint, orange mint, spearmint and peppermint flavors) which is basically water and extracts sold at Kroger. I like these on occasion.
For sweating, try sage tea,. it grows very fast and spreads...grow it and also dry it for use during colder months
Sage, that is a very well known herb containing magnesium and vitamin B helps in restricting sweat glands activities. Drinking sage tea works best for sweating. Sage is rich in anti-hydrotic action that is used to treat for night sweats. Sage can be consumed as a drinking tea or supplement extracted from dried herb, the dosage should be 400-500 mg, according to drugs.com.
Here are some other herbs and tips for excess sweating but keep in mind sweating may be the body's way of trying to get toxins out be sure to skin brush with a natural bristle bush in the direction of the heart to enhance the skin release of toxins.
For heart palpitations
Hawthorne (organic tincture) is the best thing for anything heart related (also cayenne is a heart food see herballegacy)Studies show a myriad of benefits to the heart..I like herbdoc, herbpharm or making your own with organic herbs the best.
