A bowel movement once every 4 days is not good enough. Look into a high carb low fat vegan diet. Dr. John Mcdougall has a good book. Eat a lot of ripe fruit too. Diet change really helped my BM's and my dry skin.
I used to have dry skin on my face but and painfully dry skin on my hands. Taking Iodine solved that for me. Dry skin is one of the main symptoms of Iodine deficiency. Do some research on this forum and begin taking Iodine and some co-factors ASAP: //www.curezone.org/forums/f.asp?f=815&c=0
You could also look into buying wombat's iodine cream and put that directly onto the problem areas. But I think supplementing will help by itself.
As for your boss and people noticing it, try not to be embarrassed and just tell them the truth, that you are having some health problems that are difficult to manage. They should understand. Keep your head up.
