Lymphopenia Granulocytosis

I was diagnosed with lymphopenia Granulocytosis. I have a disseminated parasite infection and Candida infection. I got that Dx yesterday at the walkin clinic because I believe I got bit by a brown recluse: chills, fever, aches, brought spider in. I am now on cefdinir 300mg Antibiotics every 12 hours. Isn't lymphopenia Granulocytosis a serious condition? Should I not be in ICU? It does state opportunistic infections happen with this condition. I have major candidiasis and disseminated ascaris. My resting heart rate is 123 BPM.

lymphocytopenia may have either abnormally low but stable CD4+ cell counts, or abnormally low and progressively falling CD4+ cell counts; the latter condition is terminal.

Thanks for reading and any insight,
vch
