I can relate, keep the faith, I'm a believer in cayenne (DEC is a form of pepper)I take 1/2 - 1 tsp with V-8 before lunch with a TBS of cider vinegar. Dosage depends on the cayenne strength. Also put it on my lunch salas or dish with cider vinegar. Lately been eating lots of pineapple and that seem to destroy the biofilm and works well with the Black-Walnut and cloves I pack in capsules myself. I also take Wormwood capsules, Nature's Way Naturalax 3 with Aloe (evening), Natures Secret Super Cleanse (AM). I follow the late great herbalist Dr Christoper ideas mucous free diet and that's where the cayenne and herbal laxatives come from. And I'm looking to Cure Zone more lately for ideas to hit the buggers harder, been doing this too long but much better results when I can hit them with a extra dose on the weekends. I might get into the pharma meds as some folks are getting healed that way.
