I've read your blog; is very interesting and touching.
I think the same about body/mind/soul connection and listening to your emotions, that is vital for well beinig.
My problem is that my emotions are stuck because I didn't listen and express them (but acted in opposition to them)for a very long time. It's mostly about anger and sadness. Now I can't access my emotions almost at all. I am using only my rational thinking instead of heaving both: thinking and feeling.
Question: this form of therapy is only explaining how to listen to and interpret your emotions or is some practical work, too?
Can it help with the access at somebody's emotions, too?
