In my view, autolysis is THE most important reason to conduct a fast. It eats up tumors, scar tissue, etc.

Maybe you want to start a Q&A thread on autolysis, as others here know a lot about it.

On the immune system, make homemade sauerkraut (it has to be homemade) and eat it. It is a very high probiotic count, which strengthens the immune system.


My fast is going ok. This is early on Day 3. I just don't feel hunger (I was eating half-food for the prior month). But I am moving around a lot, and have some stress due to other events happening in life. I hope this does not wreck my fast.
