Good to know about the athlete's foot spray... I tried Monistat suppositories, but it was less effective over time. I think overuse of anti-yeast meds causes drug-resistance. I had much better luck with coconut oil over an extended period of time (1year+).
I read your link about your experience with coconut oil. It is messy, but it doesn't take a lot and a panty liner keeps it from staining undies. I should iterate that the coconut oil should be a very high quality, organic, unrefined virgin coconut oil. It should smell and taste like coconut. I use Artisana I get from Whole Foods. Dr. Bronner also makes a good one. Nutiva is ok as long as you check the label to make sure it's the Unrefined version because they make both refined and unrefined. I would recommend buying from a reputable health food store, instead of walmart, etc...

I hear you about getting burnt out on the process! It takes a lot of dedication to keep it up everyday. Don't quit!! I can't stress enough how important it is to poop often. It helps so much! Make sure you're applying coconut oil after very bathroom trip. Add DE and P & B Shakes to your diet. Take a Tbsp of castor oil occasionally. Try senna tea.
