How much you been taking zinc/day and what form ?


I would try taking optizink bigger doses, i believe zink is one of the few key players for many health problems like candida, depression, zink defiency has been also linked to psoriasis. I think from 60 to 90 pr day optizink might help.



Molyblenum can be very beneficial, up to 2 mg/day
