Help! What is this?

Dear fellow members,

I need your help. I was wonderning what your opinion was to these pictures. I am especially curious about the opinion of SCHARKMANN. I`m having problems with my health for years, neuro rheuma tiredness. I`m also having dermatologic problmes since deceber 2014. At first it appeared at my left breast, erythema and then I got rushes. I`m having a red spot on my back for years. Not long time ago, I realasied that on a picture the rush seemsed to have something white inside of it, like a worm or a larvae. It feels as if the worms would migrated through my tissue down wards. I`ve already had lots of negative stool samples and the serlology is also negativ. Years ago I `ve taken cortison. The whole family is ill. My stepfather has Parkinson (I only think it`s Parkinson like). I have for years axial hyporthermia. Since last year my face started getting red, itchy and I`m swetting a lot, with other words my theroregulation does not funtion well. My stomach colon is getting worse and worse (I saw it when I did a gastroscopy). After a cramp I get spider vains. At the time being I live in Hungary, I`ve travelled a lot in Europe and outside and I`m 58. My english is bad.
