Dr. Sutter (he has a forum on CZ) says to flush after two weeks on parasite herbs. His flush does not use Epsom Salts . He recommends flushing every week until you are clear, that is if you can take it.

Don't forget the kidney herbs along the way. Hulda Clark says to do it like this:

Colon cleanse
Kidney cleanse
parasite cleanse
Liver flush


In that order. You can make your own rules though depending on your situation and concerns.

There's also a dental clean up in here somewhere, I'm not sure where. That would mean having your metal fillings replaced.

I don't know if I would take the Oxypowder with the humaworm. Personally, i would do the Colon Cleanse first.

This is a long haul, so take your time.
