Yesterday i watched a lot of Dr Sutter articles and videos, and seems like he knows what he is talking about...

His story about the liver cancer is just inspiring!!

Thats truly amazing what a dying man can do..

I'll start my "Cleansing Journey"
With the following steps:
*Colon Cleanse( Oxypowder )
*HUMAWORM- parasite CLEANSE
*Liver Flush-Every weekend

I've allready changed my diet very drastically two months ago from a heavy meat eater to a whole food Plant Based diet,and i feel amazing!!

According to Dr Suttrr's protocol all i am missing is exercise,so i'll do my best and start one soon..

If anyone have some tips for a newbie like me
I'll be very pleased to hear them!!
