Yeah i have heard a lot of good things about them and think they are great even though i havent tried them yet...so no need to convince me!

But i dont know how i should go about doing my first one?

I am a pro at water enemas. do i just replace the water with coffee? :) same temperature (room temp)? do i get organic ground coffee and just make it in a pot then wait till it cools? if this is how then it seems pretty simple. lol
