Is pus liquid the root of ec build-up? (small white dots)

Hello,

EC sufferer since 18 years.

I recently notice that some areas of my damaged lips (I would call them "hot spots" because the pain is more deep/severe there) are covered with pus (pus = white fluid coming out when there is an infection in the body)


Does someone also notice that ?


I think that these hot spots which contains some pus are the key of ec. Sometimes, when I only move my lip, some pus will even come out from these small dots/points.

For example: I've got on the right side of my upper lip a small white dot which usually contains pus (this is not a fordyce spot) AND this area is involved in ec IN THE FIRST PLACE.

I don't know how we could cure these hot spots (sometimes bearly visible) which contain pus.


The bad smell of crust is linked to pus drying (after 7 days approx).
