Yes, Heal and Cure! You have a great attitude. Goals are important and achieving them feels great. Take baby steps if you need to, but get moving. Get out of the house and do things, even if just going for a walk in the sunshine. Set up an exercise routine. Go to restaurants with outdoor seating and have a cup of tea just to be around other human beings. Once you accomplish something you didn't think you could, you'll be so proud of yourself; and you'll be able to tell yourself every day how brave you are.
